All orders are processed by our team within 24 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Mikizi currently delivers mainly to Europe, the United States, and Canada. For other international countries, availability and delivery costs may vary; please contact us at contact@mikizi.com for a quote.
For each order, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a second email with your shipping confirmation, including your order tracking number. During peak periods, and depending on item availability, orders may ship within seven business days.
Carrier selection and price may vary based on weight, quantity, product availability, package size, and shipping country.
If you made a mistake in your delivery address, or if any information is missing, it is essential that you correct your address within hours of your purchase. Please inform us promptly by email, specifying the correct address. An incorrect address can cause delivery complications, or even result in the package being sent to an unintended location. In such situations, we cannot be held responsible.
Shipping method:
By Colissimo, Colis Privé, CIRRO, UPS, PostNL, DHL or Fedex (delivery to your home, collection point or post office if home delivery has failed, delivery time 5 to 15 working days). Some orders may be linked to several suppliers, the items will then be sent separately.
Origin of the articles:
Depending on the product and our stock availability, your order may be shipped from France, the European Union, or Asia. Customs clearance may take longer for shipments outside the EU.
Delivery costs:
France and Belgium: delivery costs for orders with a purchase amount less than €59 are €3,90, above this amount delivery costs are free.
For deliveries to other European Union countries, the delivery costs are €6,90 (except in Monaco and Andorra, where the cost starts from €49,90 and may increase depending on the weight of the items).
In the UK, delivery charges for orders under £59 are £4,90, above this amount delivery is free.
In Switzerland, delivery costs are CHF 6,90, regardless of the order amount.
In the United States, shipping costs for orders under $59 USD are $5,90 USD; above this amount, shipping is free.
In Canada, the delivery fee for orders with a purchase amount less than CAD$59 is CAD$5,90; above this amount, delivery is free.
In Australia, delivery charges for orders under AUD$99 are AUD$9,90; above this amount, delivery is free.
A PREMIUM shipping option (insurance for loss, theft and breakage) is offered at the time of payment for most destinations.
Deliveries to French overseas territories may be possible, however prices vary and can be high (from €19,90 via PostNL if available, or €79,90 via DHL, prices are higher depending on the weight of the items).
International shipping costs start from €19,90, and prices may vary depending on the country. Please contact us for a quote.
For destinations outside the European Union (Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia), import taxes and customs clearance fees may be applied upon delivery by local authorities or the carrier. These amounts are not included in the product price or delivery charges and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
